Special Instructions
BEFORE scheduling your appointment and paying the initial deposit…….Please text Dr. CJ directly @ (210) 879-3285 – your name, email and one or more pictures of your teeth – one of your FRONT teeth (while biting down) and one of the specific tooth/teeth of concern. These pictures will serve to assist Dr. CJ in a virtual consultation. After reviewing your photos, Dr. CJ will be able to provide an estimated quote on the cosmetic service you are requesting. During your scheduled appointment, Dr. CJ will more thoroughly evaluate your teeth and bite and confirm we can meet your cosmetic bonding expectations. If agreed upon, procedure will be done at your scheduled appointment and final balance will be due at that time.
Appointment Cancellation Policy
A $75 consultation deposit fee is required to schedule an appointment. This fee will become non-refundable for any missed/no-show appointments. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to change or cancel your appointment. Cancellations made with the required notice will not incur any charges. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, as this policy enables us to provide better service to all clients. Thank you for adhering to these guidelines.
Class Cancellation Policy
